Uyanga Zorig (b. 1963, Ulaanbaatar) studied at the College of Fine Art in Ulaanbaatar (1982) and the Repin Academy of Fine Art in Saint Petersburg (1989). She taught at the State Pedagogical Institute and the “Uran” Fine Art College, and in 2003 became Head of the Mongolian Graphic Artists' Association.
Her work spans figurative painting, still life and calligraphy, with recurring subjects of the ballerina and the studio. She has exhibited widely across the USA, Canada, Germany, Korea, Austria and beyond, with solo shows including Zug, Switzerland (2002).
