Ariunbold Gundsambuu (b. 1984, Tuv Aimag) is a Mongolian painter whose work moves between realism and abstraction, drawn to the horse, the forest and the open steppe. His landscapes balance observed detail with a looser, more atmospheric handling of light and season.
His paintings have travelled internationally through art fairs and exhibitions in Montreal, Las Vegas, London, Dublin, New York, Beijing and Cork.
